  Sorry to say this but, tell the staff to stop larking around and chatting, get the kitchen running properly, what's happening? This is not our first trip to this restaurant, but it was our visitors first trip, we took them there, to get a decent burger, funny eh?

  What a disappointing meal, the bacon on my bacon cheese burger was cold and rock solid, perhaps left over from yesterday, we were there at opening time, so no excuses please, the lettuce hidden under a slice of tomato was withered and brown, obviously not fresh. I regret not taking photos, but I am not usually a complainer. The only item on the plate at the correct temperature were the chips, sadly two adults asked for baked potato, but chips were served, !!! The cheese on my burger looked like it has sat under heat for a long time, the burger was Luke warm, it looked awful, another adult meal burger, was REALLY over cooked.

  Only 1 main option for vegetarians which I didn't want. So just ended up with nachos & 3 tiny bowls of salsas one had a human hair in it.....so left the rest of the meal. Over priced over rated won't be going again

  The staff are pleasant enough, but it's necessary to employ professionals, with good basic training, both in the kitchen and front of house, I could see through to the kitchen and it was not professionally run.

  The kids meals....one , the first to arrive was chicken fingers and chips, all perfect, and a lovely portion, very impressed, the second kids meal, again a cheeseburger, over cooked and stale.

  Lack of staff training and supervision. We waited twenty minutes for the first child's meal to arrive followed by the second child's meal fifteen minutes later. The three adult meal came about ten minutes after that.

  Llegamos el lunes sobre la nueve de la noche y sólo había una mesa ocupada en todo el local. Después de pedir nosotros, dos hamburguesas, vino más gente y ocuparon tres mesas. Nos tuvimos que esperar un buen rato, se sirvieron primero a esas tres mesas y cuando, por fin, llegaron las dos hamburguesas, estaba todo frío, el pan, las patatas, así como las hamburguesas... El personal amable, pero un pésimo servicio.

  The only reason I have given two stars instead one is because one of the kids meals was good, and the toilets were very clean.
